Official kick off! Sign authorization so we can fully and legally represent your case with Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and/or Service Canada (ESDC).

Step 3 > Intake

Get set up with a personal portal to complete easy to understand questionnaires, upload supporting documents, and watch your progress.

Step 4 > Production

Our team goes to work building your application. We are in contact with you throughout this entire process. 

Step 5 > Review

Your complete application will come to you for review and signatures. After your review, we perform a rigorous internal review to ensure perfection! 

Step 6 > Submission

Your application is submitted to IRCC. We immediately send you a confirmation of submission, summary of current government processing times, and we set up an IRCC portal tracker so you can watch your application throughout processing.

Step 7 > Government Processing

Additional requests for biometrics, medicals, and more may be requested from IRCC as your application makes its way through their processing. We communicate this with you immediately and provide detailed instructions. 

Step 8 > Decision

You are immediately contacted when IRCC updates your case. We are there to walk you through the next steps and always look forward to celebrating with you!
